Our products come directly from official retailers like Adidas & Nike.
We also inspect every single pair from top to bottom before selling them.

The estimated delivery time may vary per product. We aim to ship out all orders within 5-10 business days.

We have a 14-day return policy which means you can start a return up to 14 days after receiving your order.
How To Return?
1: Fill in the return form you received with your order (if you did not receive the form, please download ithere).
2: Request a return in youraccount
3: Repack your order in the same way as received (protected & double boxed). Make sure to add the return form.
4: Create a return label. Unfortunately we do not cover the return costs. We recommend using a trusted parcel service like PostNL, UPS or DHL.
5: Drop off the package within 14 days of receiving your order & make sure to keep the shipping receipt.
6: Once we received & fulfilled your return, you will be refunded on your original payment method.
Please make sure you've read our policy before starting a return.
Unfortunately you can not cancel your order once it's placed. However, you can request a difference size or color if the order is not fulfilled yet.
Please always make sure to be 100% confident when placing an order.

There are 3 different types of shoes. Mens, Women's (W) and Kids (GS).
Mens shoes are not labeled, so if you see a shoe without a label in the title you know its a mens version.
Women's and Kids shoes are labeled with (W) or (GS):
(W) = Women's
(GS) = Kids
Both (W) and (GS) shoes tend to fit a bit slimmer, but we still recommend buying your usual size.
